Booking & Planning
When should I book my session?
Booking 3 to 4 weeks in advance is ideal, especially if you have a specific studio or deadline in mind. That said, I can sometimes squeeze in last minute sessions depending on availability so don't be afraid to reach out even if your timeline is tight!
How do I know which session is right for me?
We'll chat about your goals before you commit to anything, whether that's headshots, product photos, or a full brand refresh. I'll recommend the best option to make sure you get everything you need and walk away with a gallery you love.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a 50% retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day before your session.
What if I need to reschedule?
Things happen and I completely understand! One reschedule is totally fine with 72 hours notice. Any additional changes may require a small fee. Just reach out as soon as you know and we'll find a new date that works.
The Session
What's included in every session?
Every session includes creative direction, posing guidance, a custom shot list, Pinterest collaboration, professional editing, and delivery via a private online gallery. A commercial use license is included so your images are yours to use everywhere.
Can I bring props, products, or outfit changes?
Absolutely! Bring anything that reflects your brand and feel free to plan outfit changes depending on your session length. If you have a few things to set up, arriving a little early helps everything run smoothly.
Do you help with posing?
Always. I guide you through every pose and setup so you never have to wonder what to do next. Most clients feel nervous at first but completely at ease within the first few minutes. That's what I'm here for!
Can we shoot outside Phoenix and Scottsdale?
Yes! A small travel fee applies for locations more than 25 miles outside of Phoenix. Just let me know your location and I'll include any travel costs in your quote.
After Your Session
When will I receive my photos?
Your gallery will be ready within 2 to 3 weeks of your session. If you need your images sooner I do offer a rush delivery option. Just let me know your timeline when booking and we'll figure it out.
How many photos will I receive?
It depends on the session you book. Sessions start at 55 edited photos and go up from there. We'll go over exactly what to expect during your consultation.
Can I use my photos for commercial purposes?
Yes! Every session includes a full commercial use license so your images are yours to use everywhere, from your website and social media to ads, print materials, and beyond.
What does your editing style look like?
My editing approach is centered around authenticity. I keep your images true to color while enhancing lightness and brightness for that extra wow factor. I also add the perfect mood through skillful color grading and smooth out any minor imperfections so you look and feel your absolute best.
